In order to be a member of the Eastern Colorado Beekeepers IN GOOD STANDING, each member should ANNUALLY update their liability waiver - if we have a signed original form on file, you are welcome and encouraged to use this form to update your liability waiver.

Members needing a parent/gaurdian signature may still need to submit the form on paper in person or by mail.
