Extractor Rental Agreement & Policy 


If you are interested in using the Eastern Colorado Beekeepers' extractor (sponsored by Maverick's Mercantile), here are the policy details you need to know:

  • Needs to be returned in good working order, properly taken apart & cleaned with HOT water and rubbing alcohol to remove any propolis (free of honey, wax, propolis, & debris)
  • Must be a participating ECB member in Good Standing for >6 months
  • Returnable Deposit of $75
  • Timeline - borrower is responsible for picking up & returning within 5 days
  • In case of damages beyond normal wear & tear or failure to return, the deposit is forfeited AND the borrower is additionally liable for any costs incurred to repair or replace
